Information not collected
When you visit RelishPress.com, we don’t know who you are. When you visit RelishPress.com (same as any other Web site), your Web browser automatically sends some basic information about your computer, e.g. your User agent and IP address. We do not collect (store) this information at all.
Cookies and tracking
At RelishPress.com, no tracking or third-party cookies are used. We do not track or profile our visitors. We do not use any third parties to do the code insertion, and we do not work with any sites that share personally identifiable information.
If you visited RelishPress.com before May 25, 2018 you may have Google Analytics tracking cookies placed in your browser. We do not use Google Analytics any more. Tracking code that was in use is removed from our pages and the tracking property is deleted from Google Analytics account. Therefore, even if you have those cookies stored in your browser and visit our site using that browser, we are not able to use them to detect your visit.
The only information that we collect and retain is information you voluntarily submit to us. When you send us comments, questions, suggestions, or feedback via email or through our contact form, and include your name, an email address or any other contact information, we may use this information to respond to you. We will not share your personal information with any third party. If you contact us through our contact form, data you submit will be sent in a form of email message. We will receive email message which may be stored in our email, just as regular email message.
We may send you emails to respond to your questions or to send you notifications regarding our services if you have asked for it.
If you send us a regular email message, or contact us through our contact form, your email message may be stored on our email server and/or on our computers or mobile devices.
Data and retention policy
We may keep your messages up to two years only for customer service purposes. You have the right to be forgotten, if you wish for us to delete email messages that you sent us, you may do so by sending us an email message.
Financial records of payments and other transactions are retained indefinitely. Copies of invoices issued to our customers are kept for period of ten years.
